What tablet do I need?
Any with a browser. It's a web page, not an app: an iPad, an Android tablet or a laptop will do.
Can the host cancel a reservation?
No. They only mark check-in and no-show. Canceling or editing is the concierge's job.
Can a wrong mark be corrected?
Yes, with a separate permission. The correction is recorded just like the original mark.
How often does it refresh?
Every minute during service, without touching anything.
What if the internet goes down?
Mesatto works online and has no offline mode. Before service you can download the seating's list as a PDF or Excel file to keep on hand.
