Frequently asked questions
Do I have to import the old reservations?
No. New reservations go into Mesatto and the ones already in the sheet are served from there until they run out.
How much does it cost?
A monthly fee per hotel, with restaurants included and no per-cover fee. The Starter and Pro fees, in Mexican pesos plus VAT, monthly with no contract or annual with a discount, are on the pricing page. Fourteen-day trial, no credit card.
What if my team isn't technical?
The concierge and the host use single-purpose screens. The setup is done by one person in an afternoon.
Can I export my data?
Yes, whenever you want: reservations and reports in Excel or PDF from the panel. The data belongs to your organization.
