Credentials in a vault
PMS credentials are stored encrypted and never leave the server. Connection test from the dashboard.
Product · Integrations
The PMS as a module: credentials in a vault, guest-category mapping per hotel and a connection test from the dashboard. Everything else comes in through the API, the webhooks or the MCP server.
What's available today and what's on our roadmap. No promised dates.

How the PMS module works
PMS credentials are stored encrypted and never leave the server. Connection test from the dashboard.
Each hotel picks which PMS field the guest category comes from and which Mesatto category it maps to.
Room number and last name: name, guest category, check-in and check-out populate on the reservation automatically.
Bilingual confirmations, changes, cancellations and reminders. Enterprise sends from its own domain.
An integrator loads or updates a restaurant's whole floor plan from their system, with a dry run first.
OPERA Cloud (OHIP) today. Mews and Cloudbeds aren't available yet; write to us if your chain runs them.
When you look a guest up by room number and last name: name, email, room, arrival and departure dates, guest category, number of adults and children, membership if any, and the PMS reservation and profile numbers. Mesatto doesn't write to the PMS or post charges to the folio.
The reservation doesn't depend on it: each seating's capacity lives in Mesatto. The lookup shows the error and the concierge enters room, category and nights by hand, as in a hotel without a PMS.
Yes. Room, guest category and nights are entered by hand once per reservation.
No. Mesatto doesn't integrate with the POS. Each reservation stores the room and the price for its guest category.
Mesatto doesn't post charges to the PMS. The front desk downloads the day's reservations in Excel, with room, price and whether the guest showed up, and posts them to the account.
On Enterprise, with your own SMTP per brand.
The public API and the webhooks cover availability, reservations and events; almost any system connects through them.
