Every new organization starts with a 14-day trial, no credit card. When it ends, you pick a plan or the organization is paused: your data is kept, but no reservations are taken. Prices are in Mexican pesos plus VAT; we invoice with CFDI.
Frequently asked questions
How is Mesatto billed?
Per hotel per month, with several restaurants included depending on the plan; each extra restaurant has its own fee. Never per cover, per reservation or by commission, and an archived hotel or restaurant stops being billed. The invoice shows the plan fee for each hotel, any additional restaurants and a prorated adjustment if they change mid-period.
Does it work without OPERA?
Yes. Without a PMS, the concierge enters the room and guest category, or the category is derived from the room number. With OPERA connected, they populate automatically.
How long does setup take?
An afternoon for the first restaurant: a wizard walks you through seatings, prices and policies. On Enterprise, OPERA is connected from the dashboard with your hotel's credentials.
Do I have to draw the floor plan?
No. It's optional per hotel: without a plan, covers are controlled per seating and table type. Once you draw it, tables are assigned automatically.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
Not with monthly billing: you pay per month, per hotel, and cancel whenever you want. Annual billing is optional, paid upfront and discounted. Enterprise is agreed case by case.
What happens when the 14 days are up?
We email you four days before. If you don't pick a plan, the account is paused: your data is kept, but reservations can't be taken or changed until you activate it.
Do I have to migrate the reservations I already have?
No. New reservations come in through Mesatto from the day you turn it on; the ones you already had are handled as they are today.
Can I try it without leaving my current system?
Yes. The trial is a separate organization and doesn't migrate the reservations you already have. Mesatto looks up the PMS but doesn't write to it, and it also works without a PMS. You can start with one restaurant while the others keep running as they do today; if you don't pick a plan when it ends, the account is paused and nothing is charged.
Can I try it with my team?
Yes: invite your team by email and load the demo resort to practice without touching real data.
Is my data safe?
Each organization sees only its own data, each role sees only what it needs, and every change records who did what and when. Connections are encrypted, PMS credentials are stored encrypted, and we keep only a fingerprint of each API key. If a guest asks, you anonymize their profile and reservations in one step.
Do you issue CFDI invoices?
Yes. Prices in Mexican pesos plus VAT, with a CFDI invoice to your legal entity.
Can I connect an AI assistant?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot check availability and book under the same rules each restaurant applies, and ask for confirmation before booking.
