A link or a QR code in the room. They sign in with their room number and last name, see what their category includes, and confirm. No app to download, no card to hand over.
Turned on per hotel. Charged to the room; we never ask for payment details.
Three steps
In the room, in the lobby or in the welcome email. No app, no sign-up.
That's enough. It isn't checked against the PMS: the hotel decides how many bookings per room and day.
Their category's price shows before confirming. Full seatings are grayed out, not hidden, and restaurants with a minimum stay say why.
What the hotel controls
One hotel in the group can have it on and another off. With it off, the link returns a 404.
Whoever comes in without a known guest category gets the one you set; the price follows from it.
How many bookings a room may hold on the same day. Anything beyond goes through the concierge.
A restaurant can require a four-night stay. It shows as blocked, with a lock icon and the reason.
The charge stays on the reservation, with the room and the price for the guest's category, for the hotel to post to the room account. We never ask for or store payment details.
The guest changes seating or party size and sees the price difference before accepting. The cancellation window is set by the hotel.
Same engine
The guest booking page isn't a separate channel with its own logic: it uses the restaurant's covers, tables, guest categories and rules. What the guest books shows up in the list and on the host's tablet, tagged with its channel.
No. It's a web page: link or QR code and that's it. Works on any phone.
With room number and last name. It isn't checked against the PMS; the protection is the booking limit per room and day and throttling of repeated attempts.
Never. Anything with a charge is recorded against the room, and the hotel posts it to the room account like any other charge at the resort.
Yes. It's turned on per hotel from the dashboard; off, the link shows nothing.
The seating grayed out, not hidden. And if a restaurant requires minimum nights, it shows as blocked with the reason.
